Established in Buffalo, New York in 1999, S&W Contracting of WNY, Inc, is a commercial contracting and janitorial supply company co-founded by  President and CEO, Shandra Spicer.  Under her leadership, S&W Contracting of WNY, Inc. has developed relationships that are built on a foundation of quality, trust and service.
