Shandra Spicer, President, CEO and co-Founder of S&W Contracting of WNY, Inc., manages all functions of the business including pre-construction, project management, sales activities, negotiations and finance, human resources, client relationships, and business development.

Project Management Team

Our Project Management Team brings an insightful eye to every project we work on.  In both the pre-construction  and construction phases of the job, we carefully craft a budget and schedule to make every project a success.
